Spy cameras have captured images of a certain Red Bluff man's secret weapon for the upcoming Turtle Bay race in 2 weeks. Rumors persist that he is filling the bike's frame tubes and tires with helium. And there may be more in his innocent looking banana bread than just bananas. Race officials are considering a 20 lb additional weight requirement for this madman in the form of a large bag of dog food strapped to his back. Crikey, he'd still hand it to us!
