The wait is finally over! The bike name that I trusted as a boy has rescently re-released the old Varsity model, this time in genuine carbon-fiber-wrapped aluminum? What in the name of... Maybe I should get one just to hang it on the wall with a sign that reads, World's Biggest Joke! Get your's today at WalMart!

Can you please elaborate? I was almost fooled by this and was ready to buy the bike considering schwinn name (not faimiliar with the history of downfall of schwinn except from wikipedia) and Shimano parts. Thanks.
BTW - apparently this has been released a few years now - Schwinn Varsity back from the dead (at Walmart!)
